Paul MacKenzie builds good relationships with his clients. He always communicates the progress of the Injured Worker so that the Employer is fully aware. Feedback from Employees is that Paul genuinely cares about them, their rehabilitation & that they felt comfortable working with him. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I have received from Paul. On most occasions the Injured Employee has returned to their pre-injury work job & if not Paul has assisted these Employees to obtain other employment. Strengths are that Paul understands your business, consults the Employer & he achieves real return to work outcomes. The service we have received from Paul / Active Employment has been outstanding. I have referred Paul / Active Employment to other Employers because of the quality of service Paul provides. Weaknesses – none that I have experienced.

I would like to extend to you my appreciation, admiration & thanks for being there for me
during my recent very stressful time………..Your phone call immediately put me at ease, just knowing that you would come & see me at my home was a relief in itself. When you came to visit me at home, you brought with you expertise & a positive, supporting & trusting persona. Again, you immediately put me at ease by listening to me, making positive comments & not judging me and this I believe is your ability to ensure trust. You asked me what I would like to see happen & where I would like this to go. I advised that I just wanted to return to work but somewhere different to where I was and to get on with my life so I could put this all behind me. In the limited time that you consult for the Qld Dept of Education (i.e. only 2 days per week), you managed in just one & a half weeks that I was off work to speak to my Director & thereby managed to get me back to work extremely fast & with minimal stress and / or embarrassment. I hope this letter can show my appreciation & gratitude to you for all you
have done for me over the past month. Paul your expertise, approach & style is a WINNER.
